Film screening this Friday in Parksville

For those who missed our screenings in October/November - one last chance to see "Hitchhiking across the Atlantic" this winter.
"Hitchhiking across the Atlantic" will be showing this Friday, Feb. 8, at the McMillan Arts Centre (MAC) in Parksville. This screening - the February event in the MAC's monthly Five Dollar Film Friday series - follows on the heels of our successful first film tour in BC in October/November 2012. We (filmmakers Laura Winter from Bowser, BC and Thorsten Böhnke from Germany) returned to Trinidad in early December 2012 to continue working on our boat and prepare her for the next leg of our journey into the South Pacific. However, we will be attending this screening live via video conference and will be able to answer questions and discuss our project after the film.
